Skills Uplift program
‘Skills Uplift – Civil Construction’ provides participants with the entry-level skills and knowledge necessary to gain employment in the civil construction industry on a range of major infrastructure and civil construction projects across the state.
A number of skill sets have been developed to support an individual’s entry into employment in a range of roles in the industry, including labouring, traffic management and plant operations.
All skill sets under this program include training in Construction Induction (White Card), a mandatory requirement for anyone working in the construction industry.
